War reenactments scheduled for Menomonee Falls

A reenactment of a battle from the Revolutionary War is being organized so that people can get a feel of what historic battles were really like.

The Beer Garden season opens the Saturday of the event, starting at noon and ending at 9:00 PM. Patrons are invited to take in the living history event while enjoying a refreshing beverage. This family-friendly event offers plenty of activities for children, including a fun scavenger hunt.

In a new addition for 2023, the organizers will be hosting a special School Day on May 19 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, exclusively for grade school children. Teachers are encouraged to contact the team to be a part of this living history field trip experience. Brochure printing is often used to promote similar events.

During the weekend, guests can participate in a scavenger hunt, enjoy lively music, witness exciting skirmishes, explore military vendors and displays, and indulge in kettle corn and other food and drinks. This family-friendly event offers plenty of activities for children too, including a fun scavenger hunt.

The event is organized by Friends of Old Falls Village, and all proceeds go towards supporting improvements for Old Falls Village Park.

The second edition of the annual Old Falls Revolutionary War Days and Battles will take place on May 20 and 21, at Old Falls Village Park in Menomonee Falls, located at the corner of County Line Road and Pilgrim Road.
