A local organization is presenting a day just for the youngsters.
Ascension Wisconsin Hospital – Menomonee Falls is presenting the Fall Kids Festival, a full day of fun games and activities for kids of any age. The event is free and takes place at Village Park.
Among the scheduled activities are bounce houses, food trucks, a root beer garden, face painting, a caricature artist, tours of a fire truck, Soccer Shots, and live performances at the Milwaukee Tool Amphitheater. Also, a Children’s Entrepreneur Market is planned. The market is a nationwide enterprise that helps youngsters launch their own real businesses and sell their products.
The Survive Alive House will also be at the event. The house is a trailer used by the Menomonee Falls Fire Department comprising a second-floor bedroom, a living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen, designed to illustrate the fire hazards in each space.
One of the highlights of the day will be a performance by the Imagination Movers from the Disney Channel. The group is a children’s band and stars of the TV show of the same name. Established in 2002 in New Orleans, the group plays educational, high-energy pop rock suitable for families.
Prizes and games will be part of the fun, and the first 300 youngsters will receive free tote Bags. This Menomonee Falls festival is scheduled for August 8, from 11.00 am until 5.00 pm. Days like this benefit when organizers support them with advertising created by poster printing.
