Menomonee Falls to get new brewery

Clockwork Brewing and Blending, an upcoming brewery and beer taproom, may soon operate in Menomonee Falls. On a tract of land that has been unoccupied for decades, the company has presented plans to the village to develop a 12,100-square-foot structure on Old Orchard Road next to Dretzka Park.

According to documents filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, Adam Anders from Brookfield operates Timecrafted Properties LLC, the company that owns the site. Anders co-founded Ope! Brewing Co. and has experience working with Explorium.

Based on plans created by a design-build company based in Milwaukee called Bence Build, the company will include a warehouse, production area, and a taproom and restaurant area. It will also have two parking lots with 96 parking places in total, and a seating area outside.

As stated in the designs, the front facades that face Old Richard Road are intended to provide a:

"welcoming, predominantly glass and precast structure"

There are no specifics on the business's potential opening date, but the plan was conditionally authorized by the Menomonee Falls Architectural Control Board on June 24. According to Tyler Zwagerman, the village planner, after village employees have reviewed certain last-minute details of the project, Clockwork is probably going to begin construction on the property. Official documents are likely to feature Letterheads.

The proposal has previously been examined by the town's development and engineering teams, utility providers, and the local fire department, according to village documentation.
