An upcoming event will feature music, food, fun, and storytelling.
The upcoming North of Nash is a concert in support of Parent’s Place, Inc., featuring country artist Brice Long. Long is a singer and storyteller, as well as a noted songwriter. More than 200 of his songs have been cut by artists like Reba McEntire, Hank Williams Jr., George Strait, Garth Brooks, and many others.
Among his best-known works is “Like a Cowboy” recorded by Randy Houser. The song won a “Song of the Year” nomination from the CMA. Other songs are “Let’s Don’t Call It A Night” by Casey James, and “What I Can’t Put Down” by Jon Pardi. Long has released an album of his own, “All I Ever Wanted to Be,” in 2026. Critics call it introspective, the work of a “true country craftsman.”
Part of the fun of the evening will be Brice Long relating the stories behind his songs. Another will be enjoying delicious food and refreshing drinks, and still another will be supporting Parents Place, Inc. The organization was established in 1983, works to address the problem of child neglect and abuse, and has become known for its community programs.
Brice Long will bring the North of Nash event to the Caribou Room, Interstate Music, an event venue located at W136N5285 Campbell Drive in Menomonee Falls on October 22. Tickets are $100. When they plan events like this, organizers can use poster printing to construct advertisements for them.
