Kohl's expansion to finish by June
Clothing store Kohl's has nearly finished creating an office building out of the 300,000 square feet in the old Innoware warehouse.
The final touches at W165 N5595 Creekwood Crossing should be in place within three months. Two years ago, the company decided to expand their current headquarters instead of building an entirely new one in the eastern part of Menomonee Falls at the development Woodland Prime.
According to Julia Fennelly, who is the public relations specialist for Kohl's, 1,500 employees and specialists will be working at the new location. She expressed her glee in upgrading the Menomonee Falls campus. It will be a place where executives can work in a stellar environment and help the company grow.
Kohl's bought a couple of buildings, W168 N5900 and W169 N5954, in Silver Spring Corporate Park next to their main headquarters in 2014. They were meant to temporarily be used for company operations and when the company eventually grows.
The company plans not only to have an area for child development but also a wellness center with a CVS pharmacy, spa services, a Wisconsin Athletic Club run fitness center and a Columbia-St. Mary's run health clinic.
