ABODA, which provides housing for corporate personnel, has moved its headquarters to Woodinville from Redmond.
The Redmond operation was spread out over several buildings, while the new Woodinville facility will enable everyone to work from one location.
ABODA, which was started in 1988, is employee-owned, and has an inventory of more than 1,500 units in the Puget Sound area. Through its global and national networks of partners, it has access to an additional 40,000 units. In addition, the company’s service center is on the West Coast, and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so it can provide clients with reservations and guest services on demand. It also provides services related to housing, such as property management and cleaning.
Its Redmond operation was dispersed through several different buildings that totaled up to 39,000 square feet of warehouse and office space. The new Woodinville facility will comprise 86,000 square feet in a single location.
Dave Caple, ABODA’s CEO, says this is the first time the company’s business operations and associations will be under one roof in a new location. He notes that the move demonstrates the organization’s commitment to its employee-owners, as well as its commitment to continued growth.
