Book lovers in Woodinville and the surrounding area have a treat coming, as the Friends of the Woodinville Library have announced that their Book Sale is back.
The library will have teen Books, children’s books, non-fiction, and fiction books for sale, along with some media items. Most of the sale goods are priced at $2.00 or less, but the library can only accept check or cash—no cards.
Friends of the Woodinville Library works to enhance and support the resources, activities, and programs available at the facility. Proceeds raised at these sales have provided more than $8,000 to benefit the institution.
The Friends also remind patrons that they are happy to accept donations of books that are in good condition, though they will not accept magazines, encyclopedias, or (alas) back Copies of “National Geographic”. People are invited to drop off donations at the library. Organizers of events like this can use the occasion to distribute their Business Cards or Flyers.
The sale will take place at the Woodinville Public Library, which is located at 17105 Avondale Road. On March 15 (Friday), the hours are from 3.00 pm until 5.00 pm, and on March 16 (Saturday), the sale hours are 10.00 am until 2.00 pm. The following hour, from 2.00 pm until 3.00 pm, is a chance for readers to take part in the Bag Sale and buy a grocery bag full of books for $2.00.
