Two of the greatest rock bands of all time are on their way to Woodinville for an upcoming concert.
The Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery will host ZZ Top and Cheap Trick for an evening that's sure to bring back memories of some of the greatest music ever. Poster printing is often used when events such as this are scheduled.
ZZ Top has been rocking audiences for decades. The band formed in Houston, Texas, in 1969 and since 1970, has had the same three members: Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill, and Frank Beard. In a career now spanning 50 years, the band has sold over 50 million albums throughout the world, and, in 2004, earned a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Cheap Trick was formed in 1973, in Rockford, Illinois. The band's members have changed over the year; currently the line-up is Robin Zander, Rick Nielsen, Tom Petersson, and Daxx Nielsen. Cheap Trick has racked up over 20 million albums sold, and joined ZZ Top in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
The winery was founded in 1912, and two operates two wineries, one making red wines and the other producing whites. The Canoe Ridge Estate winery in located in Eastern Washington State, and produces the reds. White wines are made in Woodinville, at the Chateau.
The concert is at 7.00 pm on August 21.
