Three racing events to put the fun in fundraising
Presented by Bellevue’s Breakfast Rotary Club, families can take part in a weekend fundraiser, with the proceeds going towards the Seattle Children’s Autism Center and Kindering, as well as several Rotarian projects that benefit families around the world.
The Bellevue 10K, 5K Walk/Run and Children’s Dash is now in its eighth year, and poster printing and flyer printing might have been used to promote the fun to people all over the region.
The event starts with the Bellevue Breakfast 10K run, is followed by the Y Family 5K Walk/Run, and the Seattle Kids’ Dash concludes the trio. The 10K Run is a chip timed and certified USATF run.
After the race, people are invited to a vendors’ exhibition and post party at Starbuck’s Race Village. Registration for the races begins at 6:30 am and closes 15 minutes prior to the race. All participants will receive a Race Tech T-shirt and, children receive a cotton T-shirt.
Results from the races will be published online, and they will be happening this Sunday, April 27, starting at 8:00 am with the 10K event. Runs take place at the Downtown Park in Bellevue, a short drive from Woodinville, Washington. To pre-register, or to find out about parking and amenities, visit the Bellevue Run website or call the office at 425-298-7719.
