Tasty event scheduled in Woodinville

An event that should prove to be delicious is scheduled for Woodinville.

A course entitled “Charcuterie 101” will be held at the Efeste Winery, to give attendees a heads up on how to create a charcuterie and cheese board for their holiday parties that will be as attractive to the eye as it is to the palate.

Charcuterie is defined as a delicatessen that specializes in meat dishes and dressed meats, as well as the products sold by such a shop. For a charcuterie board, most of the meats are pork products such as bacon and ham.

At the event, attendees will be provided with various meats, artisanal cheeses, and a board for their personal use. The instructor will teach them the basics of how to select suitable cheeses, techniques for cutting the meat and cheese, and tips for styling the board. The leader will use seasonal ingredients to teach class participants how to build their board.

In addition to learning all about charcuterie boards, participants will be treated to a glass of Efeste wine as part of the fee for the class. They will be able to purchase additional beverages if they desire.

The instructor for the workshop is Rachel from Dished by Rachel, and it will be held on November 17. Events like these can benefit if organizers use flyer printing to create instruction sheets for participants.
