Pizza and Picasso Nights takes place on the first and third Friday of each month at two locations of the Museo Art Academy.
This fun event is for children between the ages of 6 and 12. The evening starts off with pizza, then participants learn about the evening's featured artist before being led by an instructor to create their own arts inspired by what they have seen. They can use any medium they choose, including clay, painting, drawing, and printmaking.
Kids from all over the area, including those from nearby Woodinville, will no doubt want to attend one or more of these events. Local flyer printing companies may be asked to help design and produce a product to help advertise the events in the community. Flyers can easily be distributed to public libraries or sent through the mail.
Pizza and Picasso Nights take place at the Museo Art Academy from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Fees are $29 or $48 for two. The upcoming ones, which will be taking place this November, are set to feature MC Escher at the Redmond location and Edgar Degas at the Issaquah location on November 7 and Walt Disney in Redmond and Eric Carle in Issaquah on November 21.
