Painting evening in Woodinville
Painting parties, at which attendees copy a painting with the help of instructors, are very popular, and now such a party is on the schedule in Woodinville.
The Sol Stone Winery will be the place to be to take part in the “Wine on the Vine” event. The painting that students will copy is of a vineyard, with rows of grapes set on rolling, golden hills, amid tall trees that appear to be Tuscan cypresses. Organizers of this type of event can use flyer printing to create instruction sheets for students.
The organizer will supply easels, aprons, brushes, and all paint supplies. Step-by-step instructions will also be given. At this time, everyone is asked to wear a mask when they arrive and leave. Emails will be sent to people who register before the event, with the latest information on current guidelines pertaining to health and safety.
The Sol Stone Winery is family-owned and was established by Karen and Buzz Buckingham in 2011. They source their grapes from eminent vineyards throughout Washington State, and use them to produce Rhone, Burgundy, and Bordeaux varietal wines.
The fun is scheduled for September 9, with check-in at 6.00 pm, and the painting from 6.30 pm until 8.30 pm. Wine will be available for purchase. No refunds will be given, but people who give 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled into a different class.
