Comedian promises tasty event in Woodinville
A comedian who may have the best job in the world—having a few beers with locals around the world and being paid to do it—is coming to Woodinville.
Zane Lamprey, who has several specials available on Amazon Prime, will be appearing at Black Raven Brewing for an evening of stand-up, fun, and adult beverages. The event starts with early admission for VIPs at 7.00 pm, who can take part in drinking games with Lamprey. General admission ticket holders will be admitted at 7.30 pm, and the show starts at 8.00 pm. Lamprey assures people who would like to watch his specials should go ahead, because the live material is all new.
Lamprey has hosted shows on various networks, including “Three Sheets” on the Travel Channel, “Have Fork, Will Travel” shown on the Food Network, “Chug” carried by NatGeo, and “Drinking Made Easy” shown on Mark Cuban’s HD Net. A theme or eating and drinking has emerged, and shows have sent him around the world, exploring the favorite drinks and food in a wide variety of cities and countries.
He has chronicled his experiences in a book, “Three Sheets : Drinking Made Easy! 6 Continents, 15 Countries, 190 Drinks, and 1 Mean Hangover!,” published in 2010 by Random House.
The event is on Saturday, April 12, and is limited to those 21 years of age and older. Organizers of this type of event often promote them with posters, which they will find at print shops.
