Special dance on Vancouvers schedule

An annual event that is enjoyable for everyone is returning to Vancouver.

The Family Valentine’s Ball has become a popular annual event, and it is returning in 2023 after being side-lined for two years. The dance will be held in Pearson Air Museum’s Historic Hanger, where everyone will have the chance to celebrate the love of family, whether they are family by birth, choice, or adoption. The ball is so popular that there are two events this year.

The evening is open to participants of all ages who will enjoy a wonderful experience of music and dance. A local DJ will be on hand to spin the tunes, and desserts and light refreshments will be available. Arts and crafts stations, as well as stations for taking selfies will be part of the fun as well. Organizers of events like this can use banner printing to create suitable decorations to enhance the venue.

Stacey Donovan, Vancouver’s Cultural Services Manager, said the city was happy to see the event restarted, adding attendees were sure to enjoy themselves no matter which date they chose to attend.

Attendees can choose to attend the Family Valentine’s Ball on February 10 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, or February 11 during the same hours. Admission is $15 for Vancouver residents or $17 for those outside the city. Everyone who wants to attend must register, and children 13 and younger must have an adult accompanying them.
