A Spokane Valley saloon is celebrating its eighth anniversary with three days of music and fun.

Too Slim and the Taildraggers will join Coloso and Flirting with Disaster to help celebrate Stormin’ Norman’s Shipfaced Saloon’s anniversary.

The first band up is Coloso, a reggae band performing throughout the Pacific Northwest. Kevin Coloso, who was born and raised on Maui, Hawaii, is the band’s frontman, and adds his island vibe to the group, which plays all-original music.

The next evening brings a performance by Too Slim & The Taildraggers, who play roots music along with Americana, blues, and rock.

The following day starts with a customer appreciation BBQ beginning at 1.00 pm. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be given away while supplies last. Oher activities include a cornhole tournament, tricycle races, and entertainment by a DJ.

That night, the band is Flirting with Disaster, who play classic rock and the current top hits. When they plan events like this, organizers can support them by using poster printing to create advertising.

The fun kicks off next Thursday, August 6 with Coloso, then Too Slim and the Taildraggers play Saturday, August 7, before Flirting with Disaster appears August 8, which is also customer appreciation day. All bands appear at 6.00 pm, and the shows are free, except for Too Slim; tickets for this band are $15. Stormin’ Normans will open at 8.00 am each day so people can enjoy breakfast.
