Tribute to Elton John planned in Kirkland

A tribute to an iconic artist is coming to Kirkland.

Tom Cridland is bringing his show, “Tom’s Elton Tribute presents: Sir Eltom John” to the Kirkland Performance Center. The tribute has been described as the number one tribute to Elton John in the world. Audiences can expect to hear hits like “Crocodile Rock,” “Candle in the Wind,” “Rocket Man,” “Tiny Dancer,” and “Bennie and the Jets.” They also plan to include tracks from 1973’s multi-platinum LP, “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.”

The show is also widely praised because of the attention to detail the band pays with regard to the fantastic costumes Elton John uses, as well as their devotion to his music.

Inspired by Sir Elton, Tom learned to play the piano during COVID lockdown. He took to it immediately, playing his first concert I 2002. By 2023, he was performing before 1,500 people. After that, he developed the Sir Eltom John alter ego, playing concerts around the world.

Tom Cridland’s performance is helped by the fact he is friends with Nigel Olsson, who is Elton John’s drummer. He has also worked with Davey Johnstone, Elton John’s guitarist, on Gridland’s podcast, “Greatest Music of All Time.’ He has also had the privilege of meeting Sir Elton.

Tom Cridland will be at the KPC on October 8, beginning at 7.00 pm. A show like this deserves beautiful, colorful Posters, which organizers can request from printers who use poster printing on the project.
