“The Elves and the Toymakers” features lyrics and music by Susan Bardsley, supporting an adaption of the story by Lani Brockman. The story is simple, fun, and aimed at young children, age three and up. The Toymakers have been busy building the toys that will be delivered at the holidays. However, when they go to get the toys on the day they are supposed to be given to the children, they have vanished. It is up to two clever elves to find the missing items and save the holiday. Showing everyone that the best gift of all is the holiday spirit, poster printing can be used to create colorful advertising for events like this.
The show is being presented by StoryBook Theater, which crafts musicals specifically for children between three and ten years of age. The shows run about an hour, and are based on fairy tales that everyone knows. All the shows have happy endings, and focus on a specific life lesson. In this case, the idea is the “spirit of giving.”
