Radius Inc., based in Kirkland, recently announced that it has developed its ‘IoT Edge Sensor Solution’; a technology that enables enterprise customers to connect hardwired devices to the Cloud.
The Radius Sensor Solution will make it possible for a company to access the data on the 200 billion devices that are expected to be supported by IoT (Internet of Things), so as to be able to link devices to the Cloud by cellular connections.
In a press release, the President of Radius, Inc., Anders Brown, said the company is “very excited” about Edge Sensor Solution, as it will enable businesses around the world to access operational and industrial data that might be connected to physical devices. With the tool, they will be about to access this data and then transmit it over the cellular network so it can be analyzed and processed.
Radius is working with Ombitron to create the hardware and software for the Internet of Things platform. Ombitron founder and CEO, Paul Hamman, says the company has a managed cellular gateway suite, and it is combining this with the expertise of Radius to provide the Internet of Things solution.
When two companies come together in this way, they often consult local brochure printers so that they can advise the public of their ongoing work and what they are seeking to achieve through it.
