For the second year, the city is holding its Harvest Festival, where attendees will have an array of activities to enjoy, as well as food and drinks. Planned activities include photo booths, wagon rides pulled by tractors, and typical fall contests such as corn shucking and pie eating.
There will be demonstrations of apple cider pressing, vendors with both food and hand-crafted items, food trucks, and live music. Vendors and entertainers are still being finalized, but one group that has already committed to playing at the festival is 24 Madison. The band is an eight-member ensemble, including a horn section, that is comfortable playing a wide variety of genres. One review said:

A special Kids’ Korral will be set up with age-appropriate games, crafts, face painting, and faux cow milking.
The Harvest Festival is scheduled for October 1, from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm, and will take place at Juanita Beach Park. There is no admission charge for the event itself, but individual vendors and food truck operators may charge for their products and services.
When events like these are planned, where there are many vendors, performers, and other attractions, organizers can use flyer printing to create handouts for attendees, giving the schedule and a list of vendors.
