The 'Cascade Beer Dinner' is coming to Kirkland later this month.
It is planned to be an evening of good food and brews, with a farm inspiration presented by Executive Chef Brian Scheehser and Pastry Chef Sandra Watson of the Trellis Restauran,t along with Bryan Keilty, who is a brewer from the Lompoc Brewery in Portland.
The dinner will feature a four-course meal prepared from Scheehser’s local 18-acre farm, paired with brews from some of the most well-known craft beer makers in the Northwest.
Several months ago, in preparation for this meal, Chef Brian Scheehser and Troy Longwith, General Manager of the restaurant, worked with Keilty at his brewery to make the farm-inspired brews for the dinner by adding some special ingredients from Scheehser’s farm, along with the hops. Other chefs from Trellis have worked closely with Keilty to create a unique meal.
Most likely the brewers and chefs are working together with a local Print company to print Flyers and other promotional materials about the evening, thereby encouraging as many diners as possible to enjoy this experience.
The dinner will be on Thursday, September 10, beginning with a reception at 6:30 pm with a selection of appetizers. There will be many opportunities throughout the evening for guests to mingle with the chefs and brewers, and ask questions.Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Print
