Women in swing with business success

Under the premise that golf and business success go hand in hand, a half-day seminar is being conducted to help businesswomen make the connection.

‘Teeing It Up for Business Success’ is an interactive seminar designed to show women how they can use golf to further their success in business. Hosted by The Hope Heart Institute, the seminar hopes to educate women on how participating in this heart-healthy activity can not only lower stress and contribute to their overall health, but also serve as a powerful networking tool as well.

Since women often miss out on corporate retreats and the networking events and business meetings that occur at golf venues, the Teeing It Up seminar is meant to level the playing field by inspiring women to get out on the course.

Beginning with a keynote address, attendees will then divide up into different levels of golfers, including beginners, led by businesswomen and LPGA professionals. The event winds down with a happy hour featuring sponsored exhibits. Attendees will likely wish to contact their business card printing services to ensure they can take advantage of the ample networking opportunity this will provide.

Teeing It Up for Business Success takes place at 1:00 pm on March 26 at the Glendale Country Club here in Bellevue. The cost is $75, payable to The Hope Heart Institute online.
