Spring District opens new Bellevue housing options

The city of Bellevue has had plans for years to develop the Spring District to entice businesses and residents into the area. Recently, one of the major players in this development, the Sparc Apartment complex, opened for occupancy.

Spring District is designated as a work, live and play community, and Sparc Apartments was the host of a ribbon cutting ceremony recently. Spring District will be home to dozens of businesses, each providing products and services to area residents. These businesses will open up one at a time once the area becomes fully developed and they will likely hang Banners and distribute Brochures to notify residents they are open for business.

Sparc Apartments will have just over 300 apartments available for lease varying in sizes from studio to three bedrooms. The leasing office is currently open and apartment prices start at $1,459 and go up to $3,400.

The complex will offer many amenities as well including a fitness center, WiFi café, game room and media lounge. The rooftop of the complex includes a court yard with a putting green. There is also an event space available for occupants that includes a demonstration kitchen.

Those residing in the apartments will be able to enjoy all that the Spring District has to offer as well. Being billed as a transit-oriented area, residents of the apartments will have access to a proposed light rail station, and bike trails. The complex offers an area for bike storage and maintenance as well.
