Luxury mixed-use development in Bellevue revealed

During a ceremonial groundbreaking event of the mixed use residential, retail, and hotel project, Avenue Bellevue, further details and rendering of the second of the two towers in the project were unveiled by Fortress Development.

In the second building, to be known as the West Tower, there will be 224 units, ranging from studios to homes with two bedrooms and prices from $600,000 to starting at $1.3m. Brochure printing is often used to provide more details about such residences, including features and floor plans.

CEO and Principal of Fortress Development, Andy Lakha, said that the goal of the West Tower of Avenue Bellevue is to raise the standards in Bellevue through design, architecture, amenities, and the overall living experience. The residences will be stunning, he added, and appeal to individuals, families, and professionals who are looking for luxurious yet comfortable amenities.

The first building, which is the South Tower, will have 98 estate homes, 85,000 square feet of world-class retail space, and the InterContinental Hotel. The residential units will have one-to-three bedrooms and will features access to cutting-edge technology with an app that will enable all services in the home to be managed from a phone. Residents will also have access to the services provided by the hotel.

Avenue Bellevue is expected to open in 2022.
