The Martin Luther King Jr. Health Fair will be hosted by the city of Bellevue later this month.
Featured at the celebration this year will be wellness presentations and health vendors as well live performances from artists in the area and remarks from members of the city council and other leaders in the community. Among the performers will be Lucia Francine, Sonny Byers, Roz McCommon, and Roise Grant. The theme for this year’s event is health equity. The keynote address will be delivered by Tracey Brown who coaches organizations on how to be equitable.
Various booths related to health will be at the fair and will provide attendees with information about mental health resources, preventative care, tips for fitness, among many other topics. This typically provides an ideal opportunity for local Print shops to get involved in creating Brochures and other printed materials that people can take away with them from such events. There will also be health organizations from the area so that people can connect with those who are experts and passionate about creating a society that is more equitable.
The Martin Luther King Jr. Health Fair will take place from 11;00 a.m. to 4;00 p.m. on Monday January 15 at Crossroads Bellevue on Northeast 8th Street. This event is being co-produced by the Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. in Bellevue. This event is free and open to the public.Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Print
