Tribute to iconic musical decade coming to Auburn

A band that pays tribute to an entire decade of pop music is coming to Auburn.

Got ‘90s is the alternate name of tribute band Rumor 6, who typically play hits by stars spanning the history of modern pop music, from Michael Jackson to Bruno Mars. Got ‘90s, on the other hand, takes a deep dive into the work of famous 1990s artists like NSYNC, Green Day, The Spice Girls, Vanilla Ice, and more.

Got ‘90s is made up of band leader and drummer Larry Shibler, lead vocalists Jeffrey Scott, and Kate Wirth, guitarist and vocalist Mars Licciardi, and bassist/vocalist Billy D’Hart.

Shibler is a career musician who has toured both nationally and internationally, and throughout the Pacific Northwest. Jeffrey Scott is a fan of boy bands, whereas Kate Wirth is grounded in jazz, but decided to transition back to singing rock as part of Got ‘90s. Similarly, bassist Billy D’Hart started his career with classical guitar, but plays a different tune in the band. Mars Licciardi has many roles in life, including as a songwriter, teacher, vocalist, guitarist, and mentor to his students.

A review of Got ‘90s says:
“No joke, this is one of the greatest bands I've ever seen! these guys have energy, they have heart, they're wonderful musicians, and all of them have absolutely fabulous voices . . . Love these guys.”

Got ‘90s will be performing at the Muckleshoot Casino Resort on February 8. Organizers of shows like this will often promote them by using poster printing.
