A popular rapper is coming to Auburn and bringing friends with him.
Kid Cudi’s Rebel Rangers Tour 2026 will be calling in at the White River Amphitheater. Sharing the stage at this show are M.I.A., Big Boi, and Dot Da Genius.
Kid Cudi (Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi) is a native of Cleveland who moved to New York City to start a career in music. His song “Day ‘n’ Nite,” was an online hit, and initially brought him recognition from record producers Emile Haynie and Plain Pat. They helped him create “A Kid Named Cudi,” a mixtape, which led Kanye West to sign him. He is recognized for his impact on hip-hop music.
M.I.A. is a British rapper, record producer, singer, songwriter, and activist. Her music is a combination of world music, hip hop, electronic, dance, and alternative, with samples and electronic instruments included.
Big Boi (Antwan André Patton) is a rapper and record producer from Savannah, Georgia. He and rapper André 3000 formed Outkast, their hip-hop duo, in 1992. As an Outkast member, He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Dot Da Genius (Oladipo Omishore) is an audio engineer and record producer who first came to notice when he worked on Kid Cudi’s singe “Day ‘n’ Nite.” He is the founder of HeadBanga Muzik Group and has worked with names like Eminem.
