Party band returns to Auburn

A band that calls an Auburn club one of their favorite venues is returning to perform here.

Sounds Like Delores will bring in 2026 with a performance at Muckleshoot Casino Resort Club Galaxy. The group raves about the club’s great lighting and sound system, and its spacious dance floor with room enough for everyone to party.

Sounds Like Delores is a party band that plays iconic rock favorites, throwing in some country and oldies from time to time. They have been playing in and around the Puget Sound area since they first got together in 2014. They attribute their popularity to the way they choose their setlists: if they play something that people recognize immediately and sing and dance along, they put it on their list. Their crowd-pleasing approach to concerts won them the title “Best of the South Sound” in the 2025 readers’ poll taken by South Sound Magazine.

The current lineup comprises guitarist J.C. Matthews, bassist Jody Cryder, drummer Dan Wulick, and Alison Monda as the lead vocalist. Although they are not specifically a tribute band for the 1980s, they will happily put together an 80s-themed show on request.

Sounds like Delores will be at Club Galaxy on January 3. They plan to start playing at 6.00 pm and encourage everyone to grab something to eat and drink, then settle in to enjoy the show. Events like this can be supported with colorful advertisements created using poster printing.
