Junior dances come to Auburn

Auburn youngsters will get to share unique times with special people at two upcoming events.

First up is the Daddy Daughter Princess Ball, where little girls ages 3 through 13 will enjoy a special evening dancing with their fathers.

Father-daughter dances like this give dads a chance to take their little girls to what could be their first dance. The girls get to wear beautiful party dresses and enjoy being the center of their father’s attention. The upcoming dance in Auburn will include a memory photo, light refreshments, dancing, and more. As there is limited room, participants must pre-register.

Boys in Auburn will not be neglected, as a Ladies & Lil’ Gents dance is also on the calendar. Mothers, grandmothers, and aunts are encouraged to bring boys ages 3 through 11 to the annual “date night.” The evening includes a memory photo, light refreshments, a demonstration dance by Pacific Ballroom Dance, dancing, and a DJ.

The Daddy Daughter Princess Ball is scheduled for March 12, from 3:30 pm until 9:00 pm. The event is divided into two parts, with 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm reserved for girls age three through six, and the timeslot from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm for older girls age seven through thirteen.

The Ladies & Lil’ Gents evening is scheduled for March 26, from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm. Both dances will be held at the Auburn Community & Event Center. Decorations for events like these can be created by organizers using banner printing.
