Who might use custom awards?
Among those who deserve recognition for their hard work but are often overlooked are volunteers. In Auburn, Washington, the Soos Creek Botanical Garden offers an opportunity for the public to stroll through a number of diverse gardens where they can learn about conservation, history, and the environment. It is possible to take guided tours, which are led by docents, who are usually volunteers. Another group of people deserving recognition are those who work retail and provide outstanding service to customers, such as those employed at The Outlet Collection Seattle, a shopping mall. Stores here include Michael Kors and Guess, and the employees working here have a real impact on customer satisfaction, and deserve recognition.
Although acknowledging employees is an important use of custom awards, they are also appropriate for presentations to associates, partners, long-term customers, and vendors. The products available make it possible to find exactly the right product for the recipient.
