Auburn gets ready for fall with wine tasting and art walk

Artists from throughout the Northwest will be in Auburn soon for the city's Art Walk and Wine Tasting, an annual event. Music, craft beers, and fine wines will also be part of the fun.

The event takes place in various venues throughout downtown Auburn, where attendees will be able to view and purchase original wearable art, sculptures, photos, and paintings, which will be displayed and sold at different businesses in the area.

Those who enjoy beers crafted in the Pacific Northwest will be able to taste the offerings from local breweries including Rail Hop’N Brewery and Scamp Brewery, while enjoying music of a number of different genres, including classical, rock, folk, and funk. Seattle JazzED, a group comprised of talented artists of high-school age, will appear at Zola’s Café.

Other music venues include the Auburn Arts & Culture Center, where Paul Johnson will appear; the courtyard of the City Hall, which will host the Davidson Brothers; Sylvan Learning, which will provide the setting for the Auburn Symphony Trio; and Corestar Pilates, who will host Crystal Chromatica.

Admission to the event is free, but there is a $15 charge for wine tasting; $20 if the fee is paid at the event. Festivals like this can provide vendors with the opportunity to use Promotional Products to enhance brand recognition.

The Fall Art Walk and Wine Tasting will take place from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm on Friday, September 14.
