The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce has wasted no time in making sure that its members are able to continue getting to know one another in the coming month.
According to the calendar, members of the business community will be getting into the swing of things later this week, with ‘Connecting for Success’ being held on October 3. This one is expected to start bright and early at 8:00 am and continue until around 9:00 am. As is typical of these meet-ups, there is expected to be plenty of valuable information and relationship-building taking place.
For this event, Fire Chief Jim Schneider is going to be speaking on ‘Facing Difficult Leadership Decisions’. Priced at just $5 for admission, this is an excellent opportunity to find new contacts and do some networking.
Leftover business card printing and any other additional material produced by local brochure printers for the networking event will probably be needed shortly afterwards with the Partnership Luncheon coming up on October 16. Being promoted as a ‘Candidate Meet & Greet’, those who are interested in attending are being advised to get in touch with the chamber for more information. Going from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, it’s clear that the scheduling couldn’t be any better for busy professionals.
A little over a week later, business owners will once again be able to connect with ‘Business Builder Series: Customer Feedback’ being held on October 25. Free for members to attend and set at a price of $25 for guests, this is another one to write down in the entrepreneurs' diary.
