The New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA) will hold its 11th annual Circus Spectacular in virtual form this March for any Brattleboro residents wanting to tune in. It will raise money to support outreach and scholarship programs for the arts center.
As a nonprofit organization and internationally renowned circus school, the NECCA provides workshops and classes for those interested in learning circus skills. In previous years, it has held its annual fundraiser show as an in-person event, but this year has switched to an online, real-time format. Due to this change, organizers may choose to employ a team of graphic design artists to prepare its website for an influx of online visitors.
The circus show will include performers from all over the world, including circus performers from Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Eloize, 7 Fingers, and Pilobolus. Artists such as Molly Gawler, Eric Bates, Kevin Beverley, Jeff Raz, Ariana Ferber-Carter, and many more will also lend their talent to the show.
The Circus Spectacular show is scheduled for Saturday, March 6, beginning at 7:00 pm EST. Single tickets are $15, and group tickets are $25. Those wishing to donate more can purchase the NECCA Supporter tickets for $50. To purchase tickets, visit the organizer’s website.
