Online auction continues through the month

In-Sight's 22nd annual auction is continuing for the month of September, presented by the In-Sight Photography Project.

The items available for sale were created by youth photographers who participate in the Photography Project. Bids start off at 25% of fair market value. Interested buyers can look at the photography online and place their bids on the official website. This year's goal is to raise $25,000.

Proceeds from the auction will be donated to YouthFX, The Roots Social Justice Center and the In-Sight Student Scholarship Fund. The funds will be divided relatively equally with 60% going to the first two organizations and 40% to the scholarship fund.

YouthFX provides after school programs for youth between the ages of 10 and 24, including a fellowship for filmmakers. The Roots Social Justice Center is a community-oriented organization that provides support and collaboration for local causes.

In-Sight Photography serves the community with classes in the photographic arts; students are allowed in regardless of their financial status.

Brattleboro printing services companies often help advertise such events by providing Flyers and other printed materials. They can then be inexpensively distributed in the area.

The auction will be held online at 32Auctions.com and will continue until September 27. To learn more about this event, contact Victoria Heisler at 802-251-9960 or visit the official website for In-Sight.
