Annual festival returns to Brattleboro

A popular event will be back in Brattleboro next month.

The 11th Annual Brattleboro Brewers Festival began as a small, local event that drew a few hundred attendees, and has grown into a major event recognized across the tristate area. Now bringing in thousands of people to taste both ciders and craft beers, the festival is one of the largest in the region and over the years has raised thousands for charities.

This year, there will be almost 100 ciders and beers for attendees to taste, as well as some special spirits and wine. People will also have a chance to vote on their favorite for the 2023 People’s Choice Winner. In addition to the ciders and beers, craft vendors will be on hand, as will food truck operators. Live bands will be playing the entire day, and planned games include Giant Jenga, corn hole, Connect 4, and keg toss.

The festival is scheduled for May 27 at VABEC – Bordertown Farm in Brattleboro. VIP ticketholders will be able to enter at 11:30 am, while general admission ticket holders will be admitted at 12:30 pm. The event ends at 4:30 pm. Anyone who is interested should buy tickets soon as this event will likely sell out.

The festival is a fundraiser for the Youth Sports Programs run by the Brattleboro Parks & Recreation Department. Outdoor events like this can benefit if organizers use banner printing to create decorations that stand up to weather.
