An annual event that welcomes fall is coming back to Springfield.
The Springfield Fall Festival is a celebration of community featuring live music, performances, exhibits, and good food. Among the family-friendly activities are face painting, characters, pumpkin decorating, and much more. There will be dozens of exhibitions set up outdoors, giving people a chance to stroll leisurely through the displays while they enjoy food from vendors who are taking part. Entertainment is planned that will appeal to all ages.
An exciting part of the event is the Children’s Entrepreneur Market, where more than 40 youngsters will set up booths. The market is a project of the Libertas Network, which encourages children to learn about business by using real products and real money. This enables them to learn about principles such as product development, customer service, marketing, and money handling. The children’s market teaches life skills to the participants and gives them a sense of self-confidence.
In addition to the children’s market and the festival exhibits, attendees can stroll through Springfield Mall itself. The shopping center has almost 150 tenants including stores, eateries, and a cinema.
The fall festival will be held behind Dick’s Sporting Goods, in the parking area. The date is October 10, from 11.00 am until 5.00 pm and the mall is located at 6500 Springfield Mall in Springfield. Events like this benefit if organizers use banner printing to create themed decorations for them.
