An upcoming festival in Springfield promises to have something for everyone.
The Springfield Town Center will be the place to be when more than 40 food trucks roll in for the Foodees Fest. In addition to the trucks, other vendors will be on hand with sweet treats and gourmet dishes, while local artisans will highlight their handmade art, jewelry, and crafts. There is something for everyone, from shopping to snacking.
People coming to the festival can expect a family-friendly atmosphere that is perfect for everyone. The festival will go ahead no matter what the weather is doing, so people should come prepared with comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing and prepare to explore and have fun.
The festival will take place April 17-19, and admission is free. However, it is necessary to register to get free tickets to give the food trucks an idea of how many people they need to serve. Also, although admission is free, the food at the trucks is for sale. People should plan to bring cash or a card to purchase it. Organizers also remind people to support local vendors and not bring in outside food or drink.
The hours on the 17th are from 1.00 pm until 9.00 pm, on the 18th from 11.00 am until 9.00 pm; and on the 19th from 11.00 am until 7.00 pm. Events like this can be enhanced when organizers use banner printing to create decorations for the venue.
