Oyster roast to return to Norfolk
The King's Daughters will organize a fundraiser with live entertainment at the Tidewater Boat Club in Norfolk.
The 25th Annual Oyster Roast is an event where guests can enjoy seafood and BBQ dishes while supporting children who need medical attention. The program will benefit the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, an organization founded in 1961 that helps provide volunteers and funding for medical equipment and professional treatment for hospitals. Live entertainment for the roast will be provided by Tracy Clark and the Michael Clark Band.
Companies can become sponsors of the oyster roast to help The King's Daughters and raise their visibility during the event. The tiers start at $250 and go up to $5,000. All businesses that support the fundraiser will receive recognition on social media and in all of the event's printed materials. Those who pay at least $1,000 will have their logos shown on all signage at the venue and be featured on the organizer's website. The Presenting Sponsor will have an exclusive parking spot and VIP table.
The annual oyster roast will be held on Saturday, November 1st from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Only those who are 21 and older may take part in the fundraising dinner. Tickets to the program will cost $65 per person. Online registration will close on October 31st. Organizations in charge of roasts like this may use banner printing services to make decorations for their events that help promote their sponsors.
