Otaku Bombs will organize a themed holiday bazaar in December at the Locals Marketplace in Norfolk.
The Anime Bazaar: Holiday Experience is a seasonal event that brings together several anime, art, and fandom vendors for attendees to browse. The bazaar will have several activities, such as a holiday cosplay contest, an anime music bingo game, and raffles. There will also be food and desserts sold at the holiday marketplace. Business owners who attend bazaars similar to this may bring branded Promotional Products like Pens and stickers to their booths to share with eventgoers.
The market will also have a photo opportunity with the comic character Deadpool, who will be dressed in a Santa costume for the event. Attendees may pay $5 to take a selfie with the character or $25 to have a professional photo taken. Groups of up to five people may pay $40 to take a group shot with Deadpool, and for $50 guests can take pictures with as many people as they can fit into the photo. The Grinch will also attend the event and may photobomb the images.
The anime-themed holiday bazaar will take place on Saturday, December 27 from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Sunday, December 28 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. There is no cost or registration fee for people to enter the Locals Marketplace and browse the vendors. Businesses interested in joining the bazaar can pay $70.
