Norfolk concert to honor U.S. armed forces

The Scope Arena Complex in Norfolk will hold a festival in May where guests can enjoy music and celebrate all branches of the country's military.

The Patriotic Festival is a multi-day experience with a lineup of several notable performers, including Old Dominion, Riley Green, and Jordan Davis. The festival's purpose is to promote patriotism among attendees while honoring the military. There will also be many pre-show activities for guests to enjoy, such as the Marines Battle Position Experience and the Naval Station Norfolk Military Working Dog Demo. Other things to do at the event include Rock Wall Climbing and Vertical Bike Climbing.

Several organizations will participate in the Patriotic Festival, such as the Sentara Cares Program, Drive Smart Virginia, and the Virginia Department of Veterans Services. Guests can also see demonstrations from the Virginia National Guard and the United States Navy. A Selkies Hike will be held at the Scope Arena Complex on Saturday, May 23rd. There will also be many alcohol brands attending the fest, like Busch Light, Bold Mariner, and Coastal Cocktails.

The Patriotic Festival will be held from May 23rd to May 25th. Those interested in getting three-day tickets to the concert series can pay $270 per ticket. Single-day admission to the shows starts at $40. Concert venues that hold seasonal live events like this may use poster printing services to make ads that share details about their upcoming performances.
