Norfolk concert to honor U.S. armed forces
The Scope Arena Complex in Norfolk will hold a festival in May where guests can enjoy music and celebrate all branches of the country's military.
The Patriotic Festival is a multi-day experience with a lineup of several notable performers, including Old Dominion, Riley Green, and Jordan Davis.
