Alexandria residents who want to enjoy a fine dining experience this autumn will have their chance, as a five-course dinner with paired wines is just around the corner.
The Chart House Caymus Wine Dinner is coming to Alexandria this November and bringing together an impressive collection of flavors paired with wine selections for a memorable evening for taste buds. All wines will be from Caymus Vineyards, and all dishes will be curated and prepared by chefs, with light bites to include cheeses and charcuterie.
The assorted meats and cheeses will be served with fig jam, dried fruit, and Napa Valley and Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc wine options. Lobster Arancini will be the second course’s star, and it will be paired with a Chardonnay and Santa Lucia Highlands wine. Printing services can work closely with organizers of such events to provide printed documents detailing ingredients to help diners avoid potential allergens.
Cedar Smoked King Salmon served with cauliflower and roasted parsnips will be the third course, with Braised Short Rib following soon after. The five-course meal will be completed with a chocolate silk tart and Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon. All guests must be 21 or older.
Chart House, located at 1 Cameron Street in Alexandria, will host the wine dinner. The doors open at 7:00pm on Thursday, November 5th. Tickets can be reserved online for $150 per diner.
