Holiday expo to be held near Cottonwood Heights

An expo themed around Christmas and other holiday gifts is set to occur in Sandy, a city just a few miles from Cottonwood Heights, in mid-November.

The Salt Lake Family Christmas Gift show allows attendees to shop from a wide variety of vendors, all in one place. In addition, there will be entertainment, food, and home decor. There will be something for everyone on the list.

Some of the gift items available will include clothing, accessories, trinkets, ornaments, home goods, and artwork/crafts. Many vendors will have their logo design on their booth, allowing for attendees who may follow some of the businesses already to find them more easily.

The entertainment will offer a variety of visual and audio experiences. Dancers, choirs, and other performance groups will add to the atmosphere with their holiday-themed acts. In the lobby of the Mountain America Expo Center, pianists will play each day, going from the morning into the early afternoon.

Tickets will cost $13.50 for each day. The expo will run from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on both November 11 and 12. On November 13, the show will open an hour earlier, running from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite. Kids 12 and under are able to attend for free. Guests will be required to follow the Covid-19 guidelines in place at the time of the event.
