Downtown McKinney offers fun all year round, and in December, a special event will combine a wine tasting with a holiday shopping party.
The community will be welcoming ticketholders to the first 12 Wines of Christmas Wine Walk, which will showcase the retail district and all it has to offer. Each participant will be issued a passport to help guide their experience, and the check-in kiosk will be set up at the front lawn of the McKinney Performing Arts Center.
When they arrive, each registrant will receive a lanyard, tasting glass, and their passport, and they can then head out. There will be Lone Star Winery products to sample at more than 20 shops, and each person who visits at least 12 and presents their stamped passport at Santa’s Wine Workshop will receive even more tasting opportunities and discounts on purchases.
To make sure each of the participants receives the experience they are looking for, both VIP and general admission tickets have been made available. The activity will be held rain or shine.
Special events may require specialized printing services, which may be sourced from area printers. They can provide a wide assortment of options when it comes to customized materials, and they can accommodate most budgets.
The 2024 12 Wines of Christmas Wine Walk will bring an extra festive touch to McKinney on Saturday, December 14. Tickets start at $30, with only a limited number available.
