Many kids look back fondly on the book fairs they attended as a kid, and a McKinney activity will soon be bringing back that experience, but it will be planned with adults in mind.
The team at Tupps Outdoor Beer Hall will be hosting a grown up book far, and it will take place out in the fresh air and sunshine. It will be a casual and relaxed event, and it will show some love to local authors and small businesses.
Attendees will be invited to discover the local literary community, and there will be authors on hand to meet. An assortment of small scale vendors will get in on the fun, and anyone who would like to purchase a bite to eat or wet their whistle with a cold beer or other beverage will be able to do so.

TUPPS Brewery, which can be found at 402 E. Louisiana Street, will be bringing its Get Lit book fair to the community on Sunday, May 4. Those interested may arrive starting at 11:00 am, and the activity will draw to a close at 3:00 pm.
