McKinney to kick off Independence Day with bang

Texas is one of the most patriotic states, so it only stands to reason that local communities are keen to capitalize opportunities to celebrate the nation's independence. McKinney has announced that it has put together a one-day event suitable for all ages.

Red, White, and BOOM! is a festival intended to commemorate 250 years of independence from Great Britain, and guests can expect this event to provide a number of attractions. This celebration will begin with a parade through Downtown McKinney before moving on to offer additional activities. These include food trucks, on-site vendors selling a host of locally produced goods, and a classic car show.

Once the sun falls below the horizon, the evening will kick off with a fireworks show followed by a live concert. Organizers also state that this event provides an excellent opportunity for residents to explore the numerous shops found throughout Downtown McKinney.

Patriotic celebrations will frequently turn to well-known marketing strategies that help to ensure a substantial return on investment. Some possible approaches include partnering with Logo Design services when creating branded Stationery, hanging banner advertisements across the city, and distributing Flyers weeks in advance.

The McKinney Red, White, and BOOM! festival will be taking place on Saturday, July 4th. The parade begins at 111 North Tennessee Street, and the fireworks can be viewed from nearby Towne Lake Park located at 1405 Wilson Creek Parkway. There is no charge to attend this event.
