Pickleball players looking to dust off their paddles and lace their shoes for a competition are in luck, as a fundraising tournament is coming to Grand Prairie.
The 2nd Annual Search and Serve Pickleball Tournament will open registration in a few weeks, giving area players the opportunity to put their skills to the test against some of Grand Prairie’s best. The event will raise money to support Search One Rescue Team, with players and spectators having the opportunity to meet the team and its support canines.
Interested parties have several skill levels they can register to play at, ensuring they get fun games in a competitive setting. The event is ideal for players of all skill levels, from seasoned professionals to beginners. Poster printing is an effective way to promote such events by combining compelling images with text to generate excitement and increase registration.
Attendees will have access to food and refreshing beverages throughout the tournament. It will also serve as an opportunity to form new friendships and pickleball partnerships. One tournament segment will feature players ranked at 1.0 to 2.5 levels, while the other is ideal for players ranked 3.0 and over.
Chicken N Pickle in Grand Prairie will host the fundraising tournament on Saturday, July 12, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Registration is $55.20 per player online.
