A goat yoga course is planning a visit to Galveston next month, providing a unique setting and situation for yogis and residents seeking mental relief.
The San Luis Resort will host a goat yoga session in a few weeks, and area residents seeking a break from their routine are invited to register. The event, organized with help from Goats On The Bayou Farm, will pair the salty air from the Gulf Coast with goats and yoga instruction to help attendees find mental peace and improved core strength.
The yoga session will be led by a certified instructor who will combine with young, energetic goats to lead participants through several stretches and yoga poses. At the conclusion of the yoga course, the event will culminate in a petting zoo session for adults and children. Event organizers can use flyer printing to raise awareness of local events like this.
Attendees are invited to stop at local restaurant Blake’s Bistro after enjoying the yoga course and petting zoo. Children are welcome to attend and participate in the exercise event, and kids ten and under gain free admission. Guests should dress for the weather and bring water to remain refreshed.
The goat yoga session is scheduled for Saturday, July 6th, and the event will kick off at 10:00 AM. General admission tickets can be reserved online for $45 per guest.
