Motorcycle rally to roll into Galveston

Bikers from around the country will gather in Galveston this November for the Lone Star Rally, the largest such event in the state of Texas.

The rally typically draws over 150,000 motorcycles and 400,000 total attendees. The weekend will feature live music from figures such as Kevin Fowler, Hairball, Jackyl, and more, with some bands playing multiple times throughout the event. There will also be hundreds of vendors offering food and items aimed at motorcycle enthusiasts.

Motorcycle owners can participate in the Ride in Custom Bike Show, showing off who has the best modified ride, with a cash prize for the best in show. There will also be a drive-in car show for the most unique vehicles on four wheels. Other shows and competitions include Rodeo games, with casual games ranging from the barrel roll to weenie bites, a tattoo contest, and a Sound Competition to see whose bike has the best roar.

Visiting bikers will participate in the annual Outlaw Dave Ranch Ride, a motorcycle parade going throughout the Seawall and Strand districts of Galveston Island. Participants and attendees can receive commemorative T-Shirts and gift Bags. Large gatherings like this often use methods like banner printing and signage to welcome visitors and represent sponsors.

The 2025 Lone Star Rally will take place from November 6 to 9 on Galveston Island.
