The Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce will present “A Three Ring Circus” for its 2021 176th Annual Meeting in late February.
The affair will be casual, and the theme will be “the American Circus.” Guests will be treated to carnival food, a midway, and circus artists.
Spectators can watch the Big Top rise and enjoy the midway from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm. Aerial artists and other circus acts will perform from 7:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Dinner and a program will take place from 8:00 pm until 9:00 pm, then another circus performance will close the evening from 9:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
Individual tickets for Chamber members will be $150, or $200 for non-members. Two sponsorship levels are available – the $2,500 “Greatest Show on the Island Table Sponsor” will include a table for eight in VIP area, game packs for the midway, and recognition at the ceremony.
Three Ringmaster sponsorships are available at $5,000. These will include one shadowbox table for eight with signage, and eight VIP tickets. Each guest will receive a midway game pack, and each sponsor will be exclusively the sponsor of one of the three rings. Ringmaster sponsors can have a 15-second promo played at the ceremony, along with verbal recognition.
Both levels include the sponsor’s Logo Design on AV screens, and primo placement on event signage, website, and in all email marketing.
This event will be at the Galveston Island Convention Center, Friday, February 26.
