The King is coming to Friendswood

Fans of Elvis will have a chance to see the “King of Rock ‘n’ Roll” again soon.

Vince King is based in the Houston area and has won awards for his work as an “Elvis Tribute Artist.” He has either won or placed in numerous Elvis competitions, and in 2013, was named Grand Champion at the EP Expo.

Vince King has been performing for almost 20 years, and given his physical resemblance to Elvis, becoming a tribute artist for the King seems almost inevitable. He has been able to duplicate Elvis’s moves, mannerisms, vocal style, charisma, and has the same connection to his audiences that marked Elvis’s iterations with his fans.

Vince brings his Elvis Tribute to audiences throughout the Houston area, either as a solo performance, or backed up by his Vegas Mafia Band.

The artist has performed in Odessa, Texas, at the Ector Theater, the Music City Centre in Branson, Missouri, the Hard Rock Casino in Tulsa, Carnival Cruise Lines, All Shook Up in Las Vegas, and Legends in Concert. He has also performed pre-game activities for the Houston Texans, and sold-out theaters across the state of Texas.

He has also appeared on radio and television, on CBS’s “Great Day Houston,” and the CBS Morning News.

Vince King will bring his Elvis Tribute to Birraporetti’s, at 400 West Parkwood Avenue in Friendswood on July 2. Organizers of events like this will often use poster printing to create advertising for them.
