The Friendswood community is invited to attend the 16th Annual Novemberfest next month. The Alvin Rotary Club hosts the event each year and packs it with activities.
Beginning at 7:00 am, the car show will open followed by the Arts and Crafts Business Expo. The expo will feature a range of crafts, collectibles, and art. Vendors for events of this type often order poster printing from local Print shops. The Posters can depict the products or services offered by a vendor or exhibitor for the purpose of attracting interest.
From 8:00 to 11:00 am, a pancake breakfast will be served in the large rotary tent and will cost $10 per plate. Putt Putt golf will open at 9:00 am as well as the kids’ fun zone. Wristbands cost $10.00 and are valid for the whole day.
The food court opens at 9:30 am followed by a performance by the Brittney Hawkins Dance Studio at 11:30 am. The Redeemed Cheer Academy will perform at noon.
Performing from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, the Grateful Geezer Band will take the stage. The car and bike show awards will take place after the band finishes.
A 50/50 raffle drawing, along with the wine basket and liquor wagon raffle winners will be announced.
The Novemberfest will take place at the National Oak Park on November 14. The venue is located at 118 South Magnolia.
